rhizae is building a practice in the space between research and delivery. Reports that cannot inform action and tools built without evidence fail in the same way, from opposite directions.

Projects start with a decision

Scoping begins by asking which decision the work would inform and who would use it. If that cannot be answered, a smaller discovery project may be more appropriate than a larger engagement.

Capacity outlasts deliverables

Projects are designed around what an organization should be able to maintain after handover. Plans for tooling include documentation, ownership, and training requirements rather than assuming ongoing dependence.

Constraints are declared early

Pilot scopes document accessibility, data governance, publication rights, methods, and known limitations at the start. See Accessibility and Governance for the standards proposed for this work.

The principles underneath all of this are in Values.
