An article here makes an argument. It is not a finding, and it does not carry the weight of one. Where a piece reports what an analysis actually showed, it belongs in independent research instead, under a stage that says how far the work got.

Why the distinction is kept

The site separates a supported result from an interpretation of one, because the two are read the same way and should not be. An article is free to argue past the evidence as long as it says it is doing so. A research note is not. Keeping them in different places is what makes that promise legible.

What is here so far

Little. This section is new, and the practice would rather publish an empty category than backfill it with pieces written to fill a menu. The positions the studio holds are currently stated where they are acted on, in Values and Research and data ethics, rather than argued separately.

What will appear here

Pieces on the parts of this work that recur and rarely get written down: what a small organization should keep when a consultant leaves, why a measure that cannot be computed is not a measure, and what publishing an inconclusive result costs.
